Small group virtual semi-private training for 3-6 individuals based off of your groups overall goals. Perfect for people who want to use the power of science to improve overall health and wellness - but feel more empowered working with their tribe. The individuals that empower you to be your best, may or may not be in your same town, with your gym membership, but virtually we are able to train together at the time and location that fits your schedule while still striving with your tribe.
The program will be executed in a semi-private training format with weekly group Zoom meetings up to 45 minutes.
Blue Chip will provide baseline-conditioning and movement tests for everyone in the group, and build a customized plan featuring any combination of the following:
Breathing mechanics
Movement mechanics
Core stability
Resistance training
Heart Rate based conditioning

Small group virtual semi-private training for 3-6 individuals based off of your groups overall performance goals. Perfect for people who want to use the power of science to improve athletic performance and potential in their chosen sport.
The program will be executed in a semi-private training format where we will discuss all coaching cues and program modifications as a group in Zoom meetings.
Blue Chip will provide baseline-conditioning, movement screening and strength testing that is appropriate for your groups sport, and a customized plan featuring any combination of the following:
Breathing mechanics
Movement mechanics
Heart Rate based conditioning
Strength training
Sports nutrition
Customized monitoring of fatigue and recovery
One weekly Zoom meeting up to 60 minutes
Unlimited video uploads to your digital training history
Recommendation of a minimum 3 month commitment
Week 1 - Testing and assessments
Week 2 & 3 - Building foundations to learn our global principles
Week 4 - 12 - Training to reach your goals
Weeks 13 and beyond - re-assess your new baselines and continue moving forward
