Meet The Founder: Cat Wade

OU LR #1.JPG

I’m Cat Wade, and I’m the founder of Blue Chip Performance. As a sports performance professional with more than 15 years in the industry as a collegiate sport and human performance coach, my team and I empower athletes to better compete and perform through the use of science, data and sharing knowledge.

We can all be better athletes – especially when armed with the right technology, tools and knowledge. And I can show you exactly how balancing your sleep, nutrition, the unique stresses in your life, and the difficulty of your workouts can help you continue to stay in the game you love—and grow in the game you love—for years to come. My team and I focus on the 24-Hour Human Eco-System, an evidence-led approach, which accounts for everything going on in your life.

Blue Chip provides team training, private training, and semi-private training for teams and individual athletes.

I’m Griffin Waller, and I plan and execute comprehensive sports performance programs for individual athletes and teams of all sizes for all types of sports.

I believe that an effective coach fosters a positive culture that constantly educates, motivates, and inspires athletes. We educatethem on the importance of training and how it makes them better on the field. We motivatethem to reach their fullest potential to ultimately become better athletes on the field and even better people off. And we inspirethem to never be satisfied, and demand excellence from themselves, as well as their teammates.

At Blue Chip, we have the technology and the expertise to educate, inspire and motivate—and I’m happy to be a part of the team.
